Norway — Soundport Project

A 56-minute instrumental journey across Norway — 11 cities in one continuous arc, from the jazz and fjord-mist of Oslo to the Hardanger-fiddle heartland of Voss. No vocals; pure instrumental storytelling.

Each track is composed from the music of its place: the jazz and hip-hop pulse of capital Oslo; the black-metal shadow and Edvard Grieg lyricism of fjord-bound Bergen; the Arctic electronic shimmer of Tromsø, where Röyksopp synths meet a Sámi-adjacent north under the Northern Lights; the medieval Nidaros-cathedral stillness and jazz-school modality of Trondheim; the cross-border Sámi and yoik tradition of Kirkenes on the Russian frontier; the raw fiddle pride of UNESCO copper-mining Røros; and the flat Jæren-farmland heartbeat of Bryne — Erling Haaland's hometown.
